You have built a business between ₹50 Cr and ₹200 Cr. The next stage of growth — doubling revenue, doubling clients, entering new markets — demands a stronger management system, not more personal effort from you.
Many growing promoter-led businesses reach this stage. The business grows, the team becomes bigger and the number of decisions increases — but the way the business is managed does not always grow at the same pace.If you are facing several of these situations, you are not alone. It is a common stage in the journey from a promoter-driven business to a professionally managed one.
At this point, working harder is not the answer. Your business does not necessarily need more people or more meetings. It needs clearer roles, better systems and managers who can take decisions and own results. The business should move forward with less follow-up, fewer escalations and less dependence on you for every important decision.
I work with promoter-led SMEs that have built successful businesses and are now ready for their next stage of growth.
I bring over 30 years of professional experience, including the last 10 years working as a Business Coach with promoters and leadership teams. Earlier, I worked with organisations including Uptec, Rotoflex Industries, EuroKids India, Anil Starch, Vibgyor Group of Schools and TimesPro – a Times of India Group company.
This combination of corporate experience and hands-on SME coaching helps me understand both sides — how professionally managed organisations work, and what it takes to build those capabilities inside a promoter-led business.
My work is practical: clarifying roles, strengthening managers, building accountability, simplifying systems and creating a stronger review rhythm.
“You have already built the business. My role is to help you build the organisation that can take it to the next level.”
Moving from X to 2X needs more than higher sales. The business also needs stronger people, clearer roles, better systems and more consistent execution. That is why I work across departments — Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Customer Service and other key functions — helping them work with greater clarity, ownership and coordination. The objective is to strengthen the organisation as a whole so that it is ready to support the next level of growth.

Every business has its own way of working, its own people and its own ground realities. I first understand what is actually happening before suggesting what needs to change. My approach is to stay close to the business — working with the existing team, building solutions that people can actually use, and gradually creating the capability to run them without depending on an external advisor.
You may not need another strategy. You may need clarity on where the business is still dependent on you, where execution is leaking, and what needs to change first.
A focused 45-minute conversation can help identify the one or two management constraints worth addressing first.
